Be honest with yourself for a moment

Do any of these thoughts keep you up at night?

"I gave that company years of my life, and it ended in a 15-minute meeting."
"I've applied to what feels like a hundred jobs and heard nothing back."
"I know I'm good at what I do. I just don't know how to say it on paper."
"My title was my identity. Without it, who am I?"
"I've been out of the workforce for a while. Will anyone still want me?"
"I want to change careers, but I don't know where my experience fits."
"Networking feels awkward. Interviews make my mind go blank."
"The bills don't stop just because my paycheck did."

Career displacement doesn't only take your income. It takes your rhythm, your confidence, and sometimes the way you see yourself. You start second-guessing things you used to know for sure. You smile for everyone else, then sit in the car a little longer before you walk in the house.

If that's you, please hear this: you are not behind, you are not broken, and you do not have to figure this out alone.

Here's what I know to be true

Your experience didn't disappear. It just needs translating.

Most women I coach don't have an experience problem. They have a translation problem. The skills are there. The results are there. What's missing is the language, the strategy, and the confidence to present all of it in a way employers immediately understand.

"This season is not the end of your story. It's the setup for your next chapter."

The She Lives Out Loud 12-Week Career Cohort walks you through that translation step by step, inside a community of women who get it, with a coach who will believe in you and hold you accountable to the woman you're becoming.

What you'll walk away with

Imagine 12 weeks from now...

1

You know your WHY again

You're clear on your values, strengths, and purpose, so you're choosing roles that fit you instead of grabbing whatever comes next.

2

Your resume finally sounds like you

A results-focused resume that translates what you've done into the language your target industry is looking for.

3

Your LinkedIn works for you

A refreshed profile that gets you found, positions your expertise, and opens doors while you sleep.

4

You walk into rooms with confidence

A polished 30-second commercial and real networking practice, including live employer engagement, so introductions feel natural.

5

You tell your story and get the offer

Interview storytelling skills and a full mock interview with feedback, so you show up prepared instead of panicked.

6

You leave with a plan, not just hope

A personal action plan you present to the cohort, plus tools for emotional intelligence, wellness, and financial stability.

Your 12-week journey

A proven path from stuck to ready

Every week builds on the last. Nothing is random, and nothing is rushed.

Phase 1Foundation

Rediscover your WHY, core values, and strengths. Rebuild the confidence that career displacement tried to take, and get clear on the direction that fits the woman you are today.

Phase 2Your Story

Translate your experience into a resume and LinkedIn profile that speak your target industry's language and showcase measurable results.

Phase 3Visibility

Craft your 30-second commercial, build a networking strategy that feels authentic, and practice it live in a structured employer engagement session.

Phase 4The Interview

Master storytelling, answer the hard questions with grace, and complete a mock interview assessment with personal feedback.

Phase 5Sustain & Launch

Strengthen emotional intelligence, wellness, and financial literacy so your next season is sustainable. Then present your action plan and step out with clarity.

Our promise to you: we don't skip the foundation. We will not rush you into applications before you are clear on who you are and what you want. That is exactly why our women leave ready.

Meet your facilitator

LaShawanda Moore

MBA, CPC, ELI-MP, DTM | Founder & Board Chair, She Lives Out Loud

I spent nearly 30 years leading global supply chain and operations teams in Fortune 500 companies. I've built, led, and developed teams across three continents. I know what employers look for, and I know how to help you show it.

I also know what it feels like to start over, to take a leap without a guarantee and trust God with the next step. That's why I founded She Lives Out Loud: so no woman has to rebuild alone.

I will see more in you than you may see in yourself right now. And then I'm going to lovingly ask what you're going to do with it. Together with the She Lives Out Loud Board of Directors, I'm here to walk with you every step.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

I haven't worked in a few years. Is it too late for me?

Not at all. Many women in our cohorts are returning after caregiving, relocation, or a life transition. We help you name the skills you built during that season and present your story with confidence.

I want to change industries. Can this help?

Yes. Career pivots are one of our specialties. We focus on translating your experience into the language of your target industry so employers can see your value right away.

What if I can't afford it right now?

Scholarships are available. She Lives Out Loud is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our mission is to make sure finances are not the reason a woman stays stuck. Apply and let us know your situation.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for one 90-minute live session each week plus time to complete your workbook assignments. The women who get the most out of the cohort are the ones who show up and do the work between sessions.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. Let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure you have the materials and support to stay on track.

When does the next cohort start?

Applications are open now. Submit yours and our team will reach out with start dates and next steps.

Your next chapter starts with one decision

It's your season to Elevate.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

You've waited long enough for the right door to open. Let's build the key together. Say yes to yourself today.
