Please review this packet carefully before completing the application
Welcome from the Founder
Thank you for taking the time to consider serving on the board of She Lives Out Loud.
This organization was built on a conviction: that every woman — especially those who have been displaced from the lives they once knew — carries within her the strength, brilliance, and purpose to rebuild and rise. Our role is to walk alongside her with the skills, resources, and community she needs to do exactly that.
Board service with SLOL is more than a title. It is a meaningful opportunity to help shape the direction, impact, and legacy of an organization devoted to empowering women to live boldly. Our board members bring time, talent, treasure, and expertise — and they bring their whole selves to the work.
This packet is designed to help you understand what board service with us looks like, what we ask of our board members, and the positions we are currently recruiting to fill. We encourage you to read it carefully before deciding whether to apply. Whether the answer is yes, not yet, or yes — but in a different capacity, your honest reflection is welcome.
It’s your season to Elevate. We’re honored you’re considering this journey with us.
